Product Manager

Our client is a multinational leading company operating in different therapeutic areas. In order to develop the antibiotics BU we are looking for a Corporate Product Manager.

The figure will develop and manage impactful brand and marketing communications programs, which support key BU initiatives, product launches and market development efforts.
The candidate will plan and implement campaigns which integrate all appropriate marketing tactics, including digital, interactive and online media, mobile applications, and other new methods that augment traditional marketing tactics.
Will proactively collaborate and strategize with Regional/Affiliates Marketing teams to ensure global alignment and develop regionally relevant, robust marketing and promotional programs.
He/she will develop the positioning, value proposition, messaging platform, and product names, to ensure alignment across product portfolio, within BU and corporate brand architecture and in partnership with product marketing.
Will analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
The figure will plan and oversee along with Corporate Business Intelligence Unit market research to identify stakeholders trends, testing TPP and understanding competitive markets.

Oversee and manage creative agencies. will manage and approve expenditures within budget guidelines Collaborate across multiple functions, including, Market Access, Manufacturing, Clinical Affairs, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure timely and accurate completion of campaigns.

Will communicate global brand and marketing strategy to Regional Marketing, ensuring consistency across all customer touch points and in order to share best practices. Will assess new possible commercial opportunities by producing marketing analysis and P&L in the countries in scope. Must be able to travel up to 40% (domestic and international).
The candidate will report to the Therapeutic Area Manager and will cooperate internally with the Global Medical Advisor in charge of the same products and relevant other corporate functions. While externally, candidate will liaise with Stakeholders (HCPs, KOLs, Payers), creative agencies, congress secretariats, consultants.

The ideal candidates have a Scientific Degree and an MBA as “nice to have” and a previous experience of minimum 3 to -5 years in pharmaceutical companies with a focus on secondary care or much better in Infectious Disease.
