Operation Manager / Office Manager - Categoria Protetta Art.1 Legge 68/99

Our client is a leading multinational company operating in the Electronics Industry (Office equipment, optical systems, diagnostic imaging systems, ICT Solutions, etc.) with offices in more than 40 countries worldwide.

In order to empower the Italian structure, we are looking for an Operation Manager who will report directly to the Strategy and Technology Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5 resources (IT operation, office support and accounting)
  • Plan the expansion of the office space going forward and manage the challenges that will come with it.
  • Oversee the day by day operation of the office and inspire the teams to maintain it well
  • Oversee the organization of many ambitious events, which span from sumptuous company-wide retreats to large-scale events.
  • Develop and maintain optimal relationships with suppliers and contractors and negotiate adequate fees for each service. Manage and track orders
  • Plan and track costs for the office and R&D cost center
  • Monitor all the policies and compliances are properly in place (G.D.P.R., safe & security, law 231)

Dimension of results:
  • The office is running without blocking issues or complains
  • Quarterly budget closed in line with the target
  • Teams are focused on their key tasks thanks to the support of appropriate operations

Requirements to this position:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience in coordinating team and resources
  • Proven experience in operation like office management and purchase order
  • IT tools: Microsoft Excel , Word , Power Point , Outlook , AS 400 and SAP
  • Legal and policy : standard company policies, D.Lgs. 231/2001 , D.Lgs. 81/2008
  • Experience with management of cost center
  • Basic knowledge of finance, accounting and safety notions
  • Continuous learning attitude and curiosity in order to make our office better and better

Salary range: € 38.000 - 44.000
