Payroll Manager - Maternity Leave

Our client is a multinational company with a remarkable presence worldwide.

We are looking for an HR Payroll.

The candidate will be responsible for the accurate, compliant and timely payroll and related necessary legal requirements such as social securities and taxes for a group of European countries. He/she will be completely involved in all these activities: collecting and administratively processing all input (salary changes, starters, leavers, payments & deductions, etc.) regarding the salary payments to ensure a correct and timely payment of wages; pension funds and health insurances; preparing legal documents hiring letters, employment and changes of contracts; ensuring the proper implementation and management of appraisal processes for all the assigned employees.

The ideal candidate should have a Master Degree in Economics or Law and minimum 3/5 years of relevant experience in a managerial payroll position within medium/large sized.

He/she will speak English fluently.

Personal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; autonomy in activities management; team work.

Location: Turin area
