Business Transformation Manager

The primary purpose of the role is to support the business transformation roadmap, managing directly projects and initiatives to make the organization fitter so as to sustain the effort over the longer term.
The Business Transformation Manager will act as a change agent, being connected to the front line to truly understand its perspectives and staying aligned to the leadership team in articulating the change story and establishing the right pace.
Typically, he / she will drive cross-functional core process redesign initiatives to link activities, functions and information in new ways to achieve breakthrough improvements in cost, quality, and timeliness.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing a balanced, and integrated framework for combining separate initiatives into a coherent overall program.

Maintaining a comprehensive visibility on the portfolio of opportunities and supporting their prioritization according to business impact and effort required. Managing / Supporting the entire project lifecycle, from concept to closure and value realization acting as trusted and valuable partner for the business functions.

Creating focus throughout the organization and develop the conditions for performance Improvement.

Acting as the face of the transformation, setting the tone, spurring enthusiasm and challenging current wisdom.

Driving the organization forward and hold accountable those responsible for the daily actions and initiatives.

Getting people at all levels to take a fresh approach to solving problems and improving Performance.

Develop governance models to facilitate senior management sponsorship, decision making and support. Provide constant visibility to leadership team to ensure risks are mitigated, issues are resolved and decisions are taken.

Ensure alignment and facilitate coordination of stakeholders across functions, regions, with external parties.

Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
Excellent verbal and written in Italian and English
