Institutional Sales Manager

For our client, an international independent Asset Management company, focused on discretionary and advisory mandates, funds and management company services, we’re looking for an Institutional Sales Manager.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager Italy, he/she will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing existing clients and developing new relationships with Professional and Institutional Investors and primary players in assigned institutional market channels: pension funds, banks, foundations, single/multi family offices and insurance companies.

He/she needs to cater to professional clients’ relationships with a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and give advice on financial investments while trying to generate new business and clients for the entity.
He/she is expected to be outstanding in the execution of best-in-class global relationship management and client service platform, focusing on delivering best-in-class client, revenue retention and relationship expansion.

The ideal candidate has at least 6/8 years’ work experience in a similar role and the relevant knowledge of Investment/Wealth Management or Financial Services sector. He/she will have excellent sales and management skills and in-depth product and investment knowledge added to a demonstrated ability to close business. Excellent Business English is mandatory.
