HR Administration Specialist

Our client is a multinational company in the manufacturing industry with a remarkable presence worldwide.

The candidate will be part of HR team, reporting to the HR Manager and he/she will be completely involved in all these activities: current employment legislation (laws, contracts, business agreements, etc.) and company policies on assigned site; Administration of HR management systems, handling daily HR-based transactions or focused analysis, reports and projects in order to provide direct support to the business; Supporting in defining correct Labor Relations in compliance with national and international labor laws; Management of HR reports and documentation; Absenteeism Management.

The chosen candidate will also support the other HR activities, such as People Development.

The ideal candidate should have a Master Degree and 3/5 of relevant experience in a similar position within medium/large sized, structured manufacturing companies.

He/she will speak English fluently.

Personal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; autonomy in activities management; team work, ability to manage complex projects.

Location: Vercelli area

Budget: € 35.000
