Your new role
For these reasons, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the South of German. You will have the responsibility of the development, the reinforcement of the sales area, and the achievement of the most strategic goals shared with the Sales Director. The job is focused on the assigned area intended to the creation of new suppliers and all the commercial activities for distributors.
As a Sales Manger you will build and execute the sales plan to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual plan; Drive business through existing and new accounts in the south of Germany; Focus and expand sales distributors in Germany; Deliver monthly sales/business reports and analytics to leadership team; Provide in-market feedback and identify gaps in the existing product ranges and work with multiple countries.
What you need to succeed
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 4 years’ successful experience in business development role working with distributors in Germany.
To be successful in this role you have a strong commercial background within the electronic components industry, preferably within Electrical Enclosures .
You should also have good knowledge of German and Italian language.
Location: Veneto o Lombardia
