Our client is a leading global consultancy firm working with internationally renowned FMCG clients. For the Technology division we are looking for an HR Administration Manager.
Il tuo nuovo ruolo
Reporting directly to the HR Director, and with the support of a person reporting to you, you’ll be in charge to Develop and implement HR operations strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy, managing HR budgets, salary reviews, compensation & benefits and employee performance programs at global level (mainly EMEA and USA). You will manage the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding new hires to changes during the employment all the way to offboarding, including contract management and administration an you’ll be the contact person for the team, people business partners and recruiters on questions relating to HR matters such as contracts, visas, payrolling, absences, terminations and escalate where necessary. Moreover you will maintain internal HR systems and global databases and ensure legal compliance of HR activities and country’s regulations and applicable employment laws, updating policies and/or procedures as required, and recommend new approaches, policies, and programs to ensure continuous improvements and meeting management and employee’s needs.

The ideal candidate has proven working experience in a Comp & Ben and / or Payroll fast-changing environment with global processes, strong experience and knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and Employee life cycle planning at global level (EMEA&USA), ability to manage different HRIS (Workday experience is a plus). To complete the profile you’re readiness to accept and deal with challenges of scale up environment and have passion and result-oriented mindset. Professional knowledge of the English language, written and verbal, is mandatory.
