For primary company we’re looking for a HR Manager Italy.
The candidate will lead the routine functions of HR Department including onboarding process, training and development, reward & compensation, personnel administration, labour relations, performance review process, people management, and assisting in the creation, communication, and enforcement of company policies and practices.
He/She will be responsible for managing the HR side of onboarding new employees and provides ongoing HR support to all employees, assisting company leadership in addressing sensitive employee relations issues, being active in negotiation with the legal representatives of the employees, maintaining compliance with employment laws, regulations and best practices, analysing trends in compensation and benefits, developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, performing all HR duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of five years of experience in similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are required.
Business English at advanced level.
